We are looking for a Change Management Lead who will develop detailed change management, communication, and transition plans for system implementation projects to ensure seamless execution, adoption, and business readiness.
Description
We’re looking for a Change Management Lead who will partner closely with project team members and cross-functional business partners to foster key stakeholder transformation and promote adoption of solutions. Provide guidance and direction through critical project transitions including cutover, warranty, and business handoff.
Responsibilities
Create comprehensive change management strategies for various system implementation projects.
Conduct detailed change impact analysis.
Define, plan, and execute plans to support communication and transition activities.
Demonstrate successful leadership and influencing skills at all levels.
Prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and in a fast paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of related experience in a corporate organization, navigating financial processes, change management, and project management functions.
BS or MS in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding of project management methodology.
PROSCI Certification.
Working experience with Apple internal systems, tools, and processes.
Demonstrated skills in conflict management and facilitation.
Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $211,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
