services, and customer experiences very quickly. Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish.

Are you passionate about using your financial knowledge to navigate complex cross functional challenges? Just as our customers find value in Apple products, the Finance group finds value for both Apple and its shareholders. As part of this group, you will support Apple’s growth, applying the same level of innovation toward financial matters as we do toward our products and services. You will be defining, leading and delivering programs to optimize the financial lifecycle of our rapidly expanding digital Services Businesses.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Program Manager with prior experience in driving large cross functional global initiatives, such as ERP implementations, Finance Transformations and new product introductions.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of a strong blend of financial acumen, passion for innovation and ability to confidently collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders with minimal oversight.

You will also have a deep understanding of digital services business models, such as Subscriptions and Payments and have the ability to assess a bigger picture to understand & communicate impact to Finance and our partners

Description

The Senior Finance Program Manager - Services will represent Services Finance as the driving force — not just a participant — in cross-functional programs shaping the future of our Subscriptions and Payments businesses. Acting as the finance owner embedded in multi-functional program teams, this person will partner directly with Product Management, Engineering and other Finance teams to shape requirements, drive execution, and ensure finance impacts are designed in from day one rather than retrofitted after launch.
This role requires prior, hands-on experience leading finance transformation initiatives — ERP implementations, new product builds, or platform rebuilds — that spanned multiple finance functions (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, O2C and P2P) and required close, sustained coordination with Engineering and Product. The ideal candidate has done this specifically in a Payments or Subscriptions environment and understands first-hand how product and engineering decisions ripple downstream into accounting, tax, compliance, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end process flow documentation for in-scope Services financial processes, maintaining an accurate, audit-ready view of controls, risks, and process owners.
Design and implement US GAAP and internal control-compliant process changes for new and evolving Services business models, balancing compliance rigor with the pace of the business.
Partner closely with Finance leadership, Information Systems & Technology (IS&T), and Services business functions to scope, prioritize, and deliver process and control changes.
Partner closely with Product , Technical Accounting and legal to understand business model, contractual terms in order to operationalize in systems.
Design and deliver training for control owners and business stakeholders on compliance requirements, fraud risk, and internal control fundamentals.
Track and report on the health of the Services Finance control environment, surfacing risks and process gaps to leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Finance
BS or BA in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated hands on skills to write finance requirements especially accounting flows.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive significant change in a complex organizational environment
Prior experience implementing or transforming financial solutions/processes for Payments and/or Subscriptions (e.g., billing, revenue recognition, reconciliation, payment processing).
Proven track record of partnering directly with Product Management and Engineering throughout a program/product lifecycle, representing finance requirements and constraints.
Proactive problem solver, encouraged to present problems and recommendations simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable presenting to executives

Preferred Qualifications

CPA, MBA
Experience with Services, subscription, or platform business models (e.g., recurring revenue, marketplace, or digital services).
Experience in implementing new systems for digital services
Prior Big 4 or public accounting experience.
