This is an outstanding opportunity where you will build and launch a new offering within Adobe, working within a team that is incubating next-generation ideas. You will lead a team of engineers, designers, and prototypers to bring a product to life, test it with customers, and demonstrate product-market fit.

This role offers the chance to operate as a startup founder while having the resources of a large technology company. Join us to invent new technologies and power a product that serves the next generation of creators!

The Challenge

  • Function as the GM for a new incubation venture within Adobe
  • Build and implement a solution for independent creators that supports their success
  • Define the vision for the full stack of creator services, e.g., brand deal discovery, negotiation, storefront management, affiliate program setup
  • Build and lead a small but mighty team across Research, Engineering, Prototyping, Product and/or Design, to deliver on the product vision.
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap, identifying new opportunities based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and user discovery with creators
  • Craft a go-to-market plan that incorporates partnerships with relevant creator platforms and communities
  • Own the P&L for the product and run budget accordingly.

What's needed to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 12+ years of experience as a Product leader or startup operator, preferably with a background in building consumer or creator-facing products
  • Deep understanding of how creators build audiences, monetize their work, and manage their businesses
  • Build a vision for how Generative AI can reimagine this stack by automating complex workflows, surfacing the right insights and energize every creator to be a successful solopreneur or small business.
  • Proven ability to influence and rally a variety of collaborators around the vision and gain alignment to implement
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to converse fluently with Engineers/Developers on technical concepts related to AI/ML
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple threads simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for crafting outstanding experiences and driving business growth through delivering on the needs of creators
  • Strong desire to take an idea from 0 to 1, with a focus on bringing solutions that make a creator’s business easier to run and more profitable.
