Bee is building the next generation of ambient AI powered personal devices and experiences. We are looking for a versatile Product Manager to join our team and support programs across hardware, software, and end to end user experience. This is a high impact, high ownership role that requires someone who can wear multiple hats and move fast across different workstreams.

You will report directly to the Founders of Bee and work across the full Bee product stack, supporting existing programs and driving execution on key initiatives. This is not a single lane PM role. You will be expected to context switch between hardware builds, software features, and experience design, often in the same day.

Key job responsibilities
- Support and drive execution across multiple active programs spanning hardware, software, and user experience
- Partner with engineering, design, and cross functional teams to define requirements, track milestones, and remove blockers
- Own program level artifacts including PRDs, roadmaps, and status updates
- Collaborate with Lab126 and external partners on hardware related workstreams
- Support integration efforts across Amazon systems and processes
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear plans and drive them to resolution
- Represent the product team in cross functional forums and leadership reviews

About the team
Bee is a personal ambient AI built to help people capture, organize, and act on the moments that matter. We are a small, fast moving team inside Amazon that operates like a startup.

We are currently in a high velocity period: multiple hardware programs in flight, concurrent software launches, subscription and commerce buildout. This means every person on the team has a direct impact on what ships and when.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
