ROLE SUMMARY

The CISO, Infrastructure and Cloud Services organization enables Pfizer’s mission by delivering secure, resilient, and scalable technology platforms that support operations and future growth. Through a unified operating model, it strengthens accountability, accelerates decision‑making, and improves availability, security, and cost efficiency.

 

The Associate, CISO Communications & Operations will support the Senior Manager, Marketing and Enterprise Awareness to develop meaningful communication materials that tell the CISO story to internal and external clients through elements including text, graphs, pictures, charts, presentations, and tables. The associate will support internal business operations and colleague culture engagement initiatives.

 

The Associate partners with colleagues, functional teams, and organizational leaders to deliver consistent engagement programs across a global and matrixed organization. The role requires strong coordination, communication, creativity, and attention to detail, with a focus on translating engagement priorities into well-organized and meaningful colleague experiences.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support communication strategies aligned with CISO priorities and strategy and portfolio management objectives
  • Create visually compelling materials, including PowerPoint presentations, infographics, newsletters, ePosters, and digital assets
  • Write, edit, and manage internal newsletters and organizational communications to drive awareness and engagement
  • Translate complex cybersecurity and technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences
  • Maintain and update content on internal Business Operations SharePoint and other internal platforms to ensure accurate and timely communications
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Cyber Defense, Infrastructure, Cloud) to align messaging and deliver coordinated communications
  • Support awareness campaigns, including cybersecurity initiatives and organizational updates
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics using tools such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and other design platforms
  • Contribute to video development and digital storytelling efforts to enhance communication reach and engagement
  • Ensure consistency with Pfizer Digital and Technology and CISO branding standards across all materials
  • Support initiatives that strengthen colleague engagement, connection, recognition, and organizational culture
  • Support virtual and in-person engagement activities, including colleague events, networking opportunities, leadership forums, recognition initiatives, and community-building programs
  • Coordinate welcome communications, introductions, onboarding sessions, and colleague resources
  • Maintain onboarding and colleague experience materials to ensure information remains accurate and accessible
  • Identify practical opportunities to improve engagement activities, communications, and colleague resources

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in colleague employee engagement, internal communications, program coordination, event coordination, human resources, business operations, or a related area
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities, stakeholders, and timelines
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to develop clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate communications
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across functions, levels, and locations
  • Demonstrated creativity and interest in improving colleague engagement and experience
  • Ability to gather information, identify themes, and prepare concise summaries
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Canva and SharePoint
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting colleague engagement, culture, recognition, or employee experience initiatives
  • Experience supporting virtual, in-person, or hybrid colleague events
  • Experience with survey tools, feedback mechanisms, or engagement reporting
  • Experience working in a global organization

  

 

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

This is a desk job. Hybrid style working environment. 2.5 days a week.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $68,600.00 to $114,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
