Who we are looking for
This is a Client Service Lead role in the US Asset Owners division. The candidate will be the point of contact for multiple client relationships, manage client activities and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner. The Client Service Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both external clients and internal service partners, and monitor and oversee the performance of business unit shared service teams and global COEs as it relates to overall service delivery.
Assistant Vice President Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients.
- Ensure client inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Liaise with COEs, Shared Service teams, and other business units to resolve service and operational issues.
- Facilitate communication across service partners and clients.
- Work with shared services, outsource partners, and business units to ensure SLA compliance.
- Participate in projects, governance, oversight activities, committees, and KPI reviews.
- Keep senior management informed of service issues and business opportunities.
- Compile client documentation, organize meetings, and prepare presentation materials.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal departments for successful implementations.

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
