What you'll be doing:

As the Manager of Mechanical Engineering at NVIDIA, you'll spearhead innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology. You will:

  • Lead a world-class team of mechanical engineers to successfully implement groundbreaking designs and solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with teams across multiple functions to determine and define project requirements, ensuring flawless completion of the work you're doing.

  • Apply your demonstrated expertise in coordinating the development of detailed mechanical systems for our ambitious AI, robotics, and self-driving car initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, following established industry standards.

  • Mentor and develop talent within your team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere that enables every person to thrive.

What we need to see:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience); a Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred.

  • 10+ overall years of experience

  • Successful track record in a leadership capacity in mechanical engineering, preferably in high-tech or AI-focused industries.

  • Outstanding skills in mechanical design, CAD software, and engineering analysis tools.

  • A track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience leading teams involved in designing mechanical systems.

  • A passion for innovation and a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
