In this role, you will hold a central position in the planning and execution of NVIDIA AI Factories. Spectrum-X provides the networking foundation that connects these AI Factories, and continued demand growth requires us to optimize switch operations. You will translate field and segment-team demand into actionable plans and work with a broad cross-functional team to allocate switch supply effectively to partners and customers.

At NVIDIA, you’ll join a diverse, motivated community united by curiosity, creativity, and a shared mission to change the world!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop a comprehensive view of demand and translate it into clear inputs for planning, operations, and supply teams. Help optimize the end-to-end process of building and delivering products to customers while balancing supply, priorities, and execution constraints.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the networking market and the switch business. Use technology roadmaps, industry trends, customer demand, and market dynamics to anticipate future requirements and inform planning decisions.

  • Partner closely with engineering, product management, architecture, planning, operations, and supply teams to align demand, priorities, and execution plans.

  • Prepare and present concise, data-driven recommendations, trade-offs, and execution updates to senior executives.

What We Need to See:

  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with extensive experience in networking, compute infrastructure, supply planning, or operations.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 15+ overall years of experience in product management, business operations, supply planning, or a related leadership role within the compute or networking industry.

  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in multi-stakeholder environments and teams.

  • Expertise in networking, cloud technologies, AI infrastructure, storage, or accelerated networking technologies such as InfiniBand and Ethernet.

  • Proven success partnering with enterprise customers and leading cloud service providers to translate requirements into product, demand, or execution plans.

  • Excellent communication skills in both technical and business contexts.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Demonstrated experience using demand, supply, market, or operational data to influence planning decisions in a relevant technology company.

  • Strong background in data center networking, AI infrastructure, storage, or security technologies.

NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us. If you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!
