Roles and Responsibilities: • Assist the Senior Analyst in developing proactive ideas and solutions to business problems • Apply data-modelling concepts, analytical tools, and methods to solve complex business problems with appropriate guidance • Participate in projects with stakeholders and team members to deliver practical analytics solutions • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, data models, and workflow automations that provide timely and accurate insights • Support agile ways of working by helping establish clear processes, procedures, and tools for rapid insight delivery • Validate data quality, investigate discrepancies, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly • Support continuous improvement and business-process redesign with relevant data and analysis • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organization, documentation, and attention to detail
