Position Description:
This is a managerial position looking after day to day process for the Core Operations – Sacramento Cash team. This role will also handle approver tasks on day to day business, as well as people management.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the daily operations of the team to ensure that all client report deliverables are completed in an accurate and timely manner:
Client Reports (Cash Statements and Income Notifcations):
- Help troubleshoot issues regarding client reporting.
- Assist to follow-up internal teams for any issues that may cause delay in production of reports.
- Engage CS to make sure communications to clients are initiated timely where appropriate, especially but not limited to any client requests.
- Ensure that all clients or fund specifics procedures applicable to the team are understood and applied by all team members;
- Support in driving the implementation of operational efficiencies and re-engineering/transformation initiatives.
- Manage new business transitions or business migration activities and ensure proper implementation within the team. Accountable to ensure all required reports are accounted for when on-boarding new client(s).
- Be accountable for cross training across teams; participate in the recruitment process
- Support BAU by arranging coverage during resource on leave, as well as handle approver tasks on day to day.
- Make effective recommendations to hire, discipline, control work and terminate employment
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $130,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
