Overview
Talent Acquisition Operations is a core function within Mastercard's Global Business Services Center (GBSC) New Hire Services (NHS) organization and is responsible for delivering a seamless, efficient, and scalable hiring experience across the enterprise. The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations NAM/LAC provides leadership and operational oversight for Talent Acquisition Operations across North America and Latin America, ensuring the smooth delivery of hiring support services from recruitment through Day 1 onboarding. This role is accountable for regional service delivery, workforce management, operational excellence, process execution, stakeholder management, governance, and continuous improvement while leading a team supporting hiring activities across the region. The role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring and onboarding experience.

Role
The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations NAM/LAC provides leadership and direction for Talent Acquisition Operations within New Hire Services (NHS) across North America and Latin America. Responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of hiring support services, including interview scheduling, employment contract and offer administration, onboarding support, executive hiring coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Drives operational excellence, service delivery, governance, and process improvements to support a scalable and high-quality hiring experience across the region.
• Lead the NAM/LAC Talent Acquisition Operations team, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure the successful execution of TA Operations services supporting the hiring lifecycle through Day 1 onboarding.
• Drive operational excellence through adherence to standardized processes, controls, governance, and service level expectations.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders to provide a seamless hiring experience.
• Manage workforce capacity, workload balancing, and resource planning across the regional team.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Monitor operational performance, service metrics, and stakeholder feedback, proactively addressing risks, escalations, and service issues.
• Support executive hiring activities, acquisitions, audits, and other initiatives requiring specialized operational support.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Partner closely with broader NHS teams, including Employee Lifecycle Transactions and Background Screening, to ensure an integrated hiring experience.

All About You
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services, or related operational teams.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed, multinational environment.
• Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on service excellence and process improvement.
• Experience implementing process enhancements, standardization initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business functions.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and change management skills.
• Experience leveraging data, service metrics, and operational insights to drive business decisions and improve outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, escalations, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Excellent MS Office Suite Skills: Excel, Word, and Outlook. HR systems experience a plus.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
