Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current infrastructure and solutions to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The engineer works to enable next-generation business capabilities by leveraging both private and public cloud technologies, coordinating efforts to meet organizational goals and optimize cloud adoption strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align migration efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate migration progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Wave Management.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure assessment and migration planning.
- Strong understanding of private and public cloud technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration techniques and tools to ensure data integrity and security.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud migration processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Wave Management.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
