Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with project members to drive progress and maintain alignment with overall objectives, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize team performance and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of cost controlling and profitability analysis within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate meaningful reports to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP CO and other SAP modules such as Finance and Controlling.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP CO functionalities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
