Summary:
As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, a typical day involves collaborating closely with Solution Architects to assist in the development, design, and approval of various solutions. The role requires applying established process methodologies to tailor solutions that align with service scopes, delivery locations, and cost considerations. Throughout the day, the practitioner focuses on enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistency in both the creation of responses and ongoing operational support, ensuring that solutions are well-structured and effectively managed within the project framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assist in documenting solution designs and maintaining comprehensive records for future reference.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark, Data Build Tool.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data models for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and ETL processes within Snowflake environments.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues to ensure data integrity and availability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
