What would you do? • The Capital Markets Operations Associate will be responsible to perform Performs complex fund accounting and administration activities independently while supporting process improvements and mentoring junior analysts for one of the world s leading Private Markets Investment Firm • • 6 to 8 years of overall experience, preferably in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Private Market Investment. • Prepare daily cash and position reconciliations. • • Assist with NAV calculations and supporting schedules. • • Process capital call and distribution transactions. • • Prepare management fee calculations and supporting files. • • Post routine accounting entries in fund accounting systems. • • Maintain LP commitment and capital account records. • • Process vendor invoices and expense allocations. • • Prepare audit and client suppor
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Asset Valuations - P1 • Secondary skill - Account Reconciliations - P5 • • MBA Bachelor of Commerce • • Certifications such as NISM, CFA, FRM, CISI, or relevant industry credentials are preferred but not mandatory • Prepare daily cash and position reconciliations. • • Assist with NAV calculations and supporting schedules. • • Process capital call and distribution transactions. • • Prepare management fee calculations and supporting files. • • Post routine accounting entries in fund accounting systems. • • Maintain LP commitment and capital account records. • • Process vendor invoices
Roles and Responsibilities: • Fund Accounting & Valuation • • End-to-end NAV preparation, Fair value support activities, Valuation model roll-forward, Level 2 Level 3 adjustment support, Fund closing activities • Investor Capital Accounting • • Capital account maintenance, Capital call calculations, Distribution calculations, Equalization interest processing, Investor reporting preparation • Management Fee Administration • • Fee accrual calculations, Invoice preparation, Revenue recognition support, Fee reconciliations • Debt Operations • • PIK and OID calculations, Debt amortization schedules, Covenant monitoring support, Debt disclosure schedules • Reporting & Controls • • Financial statement preparation, Reconciliation ownership, Audit query resolution, Regulatory filing support
