Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within transportation management systems.
- In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience with integration of SAP TM modules with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance to ensure reliability and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
