Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes monitoring key performance indicators related to testing activities, managing test execution, and ensuring timely resolution of defects, all while fostering collaboration across multiple teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

Role: QA Automation Engineer responsible for building and maintaining Python-based automated test frameworks and operational scripts within a principal FX flow trading technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of testing strategies that align with project objectives and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between quality engineering and other departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to the team s success.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Experience in defining and tracking quality metrics to evaluate testing effectiveness and product quality.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and workflows to identify potential risks and areas for improvement in testing processes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing within agile environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
