Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and efficient workflow is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Role: Java Azure DevOps Engineer responsible for managing cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for ACQA trades data feed services within an investment banking risk technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and innovation within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with version control systems and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in code quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
