The Audit Solutions and Insights team within Corporate Audit delivers analytics and automation solutions that enable better decisions, stronger controls and more efficient audit execution. The Analytics and Automation Specialist turns complex data into trusted, accessible datasets and scalable solutions. We are seeking an experienced professional who can engineer reliable data pipelines, automate processes and create compelling visualizations that drive action.

This role is based in Pune, India.

As an Analytics and Automation Specialist (AVP) you will:

  • Identify and deliver high-value automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, strengthen controls and accelerate business processes.
  • Lead automation solutions end to end—from requirements and design through deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Modernize management reporting by engineering reliable data pipelines, automating workflows and strengthening the underlying infrastructure.
  • Use Python and SQL to integrate complex datasets, surface meaningful patterns and support informed decisions.
  • Embed validation and monitoring controls to ensure reporting data remains accurate, consistent and reliable.
  • Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical, high-impact analytics solutions.
  • Evaluate and apply emerging analytics and automation techniques to continually improve solution quality, scale and impact.

What qualifications and skills we value

Experience and education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
  • 10–14 years of data engineering or analytics experience, using large datasets to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to build automated reporting and visualizations supported by robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform.
  • Financial services and/or risk and control experience is preferred.

Skills and competencies:

  • Advanced Python and SQL skills for data analysis, transformation and automation.
  • Strong Databricks expertise in large-scale data transformation and production-ready workflows.
  • Advanced analytics, reporting and visualization skills, with strong Power BI experience.
  • Experience automating solutions with Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Exposure to AI and experience developing Generative and Agentic AI solutions is preferred.
  • Curious, analytical and delivery-focused, with strong project management skills and the ability to influence across teams while managing concurrent priorities.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
