Summary:
As a Data Science Practitioner, a typical day involves developing and implementing advanced decision-making frameworks and models that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to drive meaningful business results. This role requires a thoughtful approach to designing solutions that not only address complex challenges but also provide measurable value. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the models align with organizational goals and contribute to informed decision-making processes. Continuous evaluation and refinement of these frameworks are integral to maintaining their effectiveness and relevance in dynamic business environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document methodologies and findings clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques including cleaning, transformation, and normalization.
- Ability to work with large datasets and utilize statistical methods to validate model performance.
- Competence in programming languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
