Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various stages of software development, including analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing and testing code for multiple application components. The role also includes maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with different client projects to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery. This position requires a dynamic approach to managing diverse tasks and adapting to evolving project needs while contributing to the overall success of the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Experience in developing scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data frameworks.
- Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource utilization.
- Familiarity with data transformation, cleansing, and aggregation techniques within PySpark.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex data workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
