Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day typically involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders, translating those needs into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications perform efficiently and effectively. Collaboration with team members and other departments to integrate applications seamlessly into existing systems is a key part of your daily activities. You will also monitor application performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Document application designs, configurations, and updates to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications using modern software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and analytics workflows within cloud-based environments.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative team settings and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
