You will work closely with the PD team members and play a key role in supporting a wide range of professional development-related processes and activities, e.g., professional development, reviews, onboarding, training, staffing, people initiatives and data reporting for the team and jointly solving various people related issues.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the PD team members and play a key role in supporting a wide range of professional development-related processes and activities, e.g., professional development, reviews, onboarding, training, staffing, people initiatives and data reporting for the team
• Jointly solve various people related issues
• Work with your cohort and stakeholders on professional development and trajectory related topics which may include training and staffing
• Work on reviews and related work and processes, during review periods and off it
• Provide rational and synthesized data and information to your stakeholders on people related topics
• Coordinate with colleagues across other functional teams and establish a key network of relationships
• Be part of a dynamic PD community dedicated to developing consultants to reach their full potential
• Consistently deliver on your commitments accurately and in a timely manner
