What you'll do

• You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of technology initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Your expertise across industries will be highly valued as you deliver innovative, scalable, and resilient solutions for our clients.
• Defining and implementing strategies for cloud-native and hybrid solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients across industries.
• Re-architecting legacy systems to optimize performance, scalability, and efficiency in cloud environments.
• Guiding clients through large-scale digital transformations, working with C-level executives to align IT and business priorities.
• Designing and implementing secure, efficient, and scalable cloud networking and connectivity solutions for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Leading teams in the technical implementation and integration of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), ensuring scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Working with diverse teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business strategists, to deliver impactful, technology-enabled solutions.
• Your work will transform businesses and position you as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex technical challenges and achieve their strategic goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology architecture, designing and implementing scalable, resilient systems.
• Ability to align IT and business priorities to deliver impactful solutions. Ability to shape long-term solution strategies and influence architectural roadmaps.
• Expertise in defining project scope, managing client-serving contexts, and driving successful implementations.
• Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles for cloud-native and hybrid solutions with hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in modern deployment and infrastructure technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, SecDevOps).
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js) and frameworks (e.g., Express, React).
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and Agile development practices.
• Experience conducting technical feasibility assessments for large-scale projects, evaluating risks, tradeoffs, and benefits.
• Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Fluent language skills in both Korean and English to collaborate with local and global teams.

Preferred qualifications

• FIG (Financial Institutions Group) experience is a plus, not mandatory.
