Amazon's Cross Channel and Category Marketing Team (XCM) is hiring a marketer to drive campaign delivery across our Prime brand campaigns and US Sponsorship portfolio. This role will flex across two important pillars of our team — Sponsorships and Campaigns — providing execution excellence. On Sponsorships, this role owns campaign activation across our active partnership portfolio, including Climate Pledge Arena (CPA) and the NWSL. On Campaigns, this role takes end-to-end ownership of focused Prime brand initiatives while supporting channel-specific execution on larger global campaigns.

XCM runs the largest and most performative mass marketing portfolio at Amazon, spanning cross-channel brand campaigns and professional sports sponsorships. This individual will partner closely with XCM leadership and team members and with stakeholders across Amazon.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with functional team members across XCM including Insights, Media, Measurement, Social, Brand Planning, and Creative to develop insight-driven, integrated plans that consistently break through and drive measurable results. We are looking for a customer-centric, results-oriented marketer who applies data responsibly to guide execution, continuously seeks to optimize performance, and can marry creative instinct with analytical rigor. Strong document writing and the ability to communicate clearly to senior stakeholders are essential.

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development and execution of focused Prime brand initiatives (e.g., audience-specific campaigns such as Prime for Young Adults), from brief development through production, channel delivery, and measurement optimization.
- Support campaign leads on large-scale global Prime campaigns with channel-specific execution, cross-functional coordination, and performance reporting.
- Lead activation campaign execution across the US sponsorship portfolio (CPA, NWSL), including creative rotation management, cross-functional coordination at key partnership moments, and day-to-day partner management support.
- Own initiative-level performance tracking and reporting; analyze campaign metrics across channels and deliver insights-driven optimization recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with international marketing teams to share campaign learnings, insights, and creative constructs that support idea scaling across locales.
- Support leadership in the development of the annual integrated marketing plan, contributing channel planning inputs, measurement recommendations, and performance insights to optimize business and brand impact.
- Manage on-time and on-budget delivery of Prime campaigns and sponsorship activations; proactively identify and clear blockers and contribute to team process improvements that increase operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels
- Experience engaging, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
- Experience in agency or brand-side marketing roles overseeing complex campaigns, with strong cross-functional collaboration and creative problem-solving skills (agency management experience preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on large consumer brands with broad, multi-channel campaign portfolios.
- Experience in sponsorship marketing, partnership activation, or sports/entertainment campaign execution.
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Experience providing creative input and development from concept to completion.
- Experience executing marketing strategy and creative at a high bar, with demonstrated ownership of initiative-level metrics and performance optimization.
