Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires continuous collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The day is also dedicated to steering the delivery team towards maintaining high service quality and cost efficiency. Additionally, the role involves fostering innovation and supporting business growth by delivering exceptional solutions and maintaining strong communication across various teams and departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align objectives.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable AI-driven solutions within complex technology environments.
- Ability to integrate AI architecture with existing enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple project streams simultaneously.
- Experience in applying best practices for technology delivery, including risk management and quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
