Qualifications
Required
- 6+ years of design experience

- Experience with space planning / test-fit production workflows, especially for corporate workplace projects.
- Experience with building scanning technologies and point-cloud-to-model workflows.

The successful candidate will establish global intake and QC processes, drive the CAD-to-Revit portfolio conversion, and develop the business-as-usual operating model for the development, maintenance, and quality control of GREF record plans and data. Responsibilities include developing a staffing model based on actual pipeline volume and automation throughput — right-sizing the team using real data. The role also requires identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement to drive efficiency, reduce manual effort, and hold the line on quality. Coordinate with partner teams, including Portfolio Strategy, Occupancy Planning, GREF Tech and the FMS owner across initiatives, including intake, production and maintenance.
Key job responsibilities
Production Ownership
- Own the accuracy and timeliness of all record floor plans and space data transmitted to FMS globally
- Own the quality and throughput of test-fit (space planning) production for the design team
- Lead the tactical execution of the CAD-to-Revit portfolio conversion, including strategic use of building scanning and automation
Process Design & Operations
- Build and manage a global intake process for record plan changes covering RPM, FM, MAC, and D&C projects
- Build and manage intake and iteration workflows for test-fit requests from the design team
- Establish production team SOPs and SLAs for record plan updates and test-fits in Revit/Forma
- Set up and manage a QC program for model quality and space data accuracy
- Build a floor plan audit program

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
