Finance Manager, Prime Video FP&A

This Finance Manager is responsible for reporting on Executive level goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to elevate the Financial Strategy for Prime Video. You'll leverage your financial analysis and problem-solving expertise to support critical business decisions across our dynamic Prime Video business. You'll dive deep into financial models, uncover hidden business opportunities, and translate detailed metrics into clear, actionable recommendations that drive our global entertainment business forward.

We are a collaborative and innovative finance team dedicated to supporting the worldwide Prime Video business. Our work directly impacts how we drive new products and content for Prime Video customers across the world. Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 5+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
- 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience

Preferred Qualifications

- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
