One of our strategic objectives is to diversify our revenue via new distribution pathways, including through Partners. As such, we are increasing our focus around Partner Success to support the growth of both our partner and MA revenue.

We are seeking an experienced Partner Success Manager to effectively manage a portfolio of strategic B2B partners who utilize multiple Mastercard services products or solutions to mitigate risk and prevent fraud, leverage modern payment solutions, or deliver unique data sets that driver commercial results and personalization. The Partner Success Manager will support partners throughout the onboarding process, provide ongoing relationship management, and drive revenue growth through expansions and strategic initiatives. This individual will serve as a partner advocate within a matrixed organization.

The Role
1. Performance, Insights & Governance
• Monitor partner performance, product adoption, usage, satisfaction, service levels, and revenue outcomes; identify risks and opportunities using partner feedback and operational data.
• Use monitoring, troubleshooting, and analytical tools to synthesize actionable insights, guide decisions, and support future growth.
• Establish a consistent governance cadence, including executive-ready quarterly business reviews, performance reporting, action tracking, and escalation management.
• Maintain market and addressable-opportunity insights to inform partner plans, prioritization, and strategic recommendations.
2. Cross-Functional Partnership
• Serve as the primary relationship lead for a diverse portfolio of strategic B2B partners using multiple Mastercard Open Banking Solutions in North America.
• Ensure a disciplined transition from Business Development to ongoing partner management, accelerating onboarding, speed to first revenue, product implementation, and scalable adoption.
• Align partner plans with broader Mastercard account strategies, particularly where end customers are supported by Customer Account Management or other Customer Success teams.
• Partner with Marketing to develop collateral, resources, portal content, events, customer summits, and thought leadership that strengthen partner engagement and enablement.
3. Growing the Business and Partner Advocacy
• Develop and execute joint growth plans that expand partner relationships, increase product adoption, and grow volume and revenue across existing and new opportunities.
• Drive successful renewals and identify expansion opportunities across new products, use cases, end customers, and markets, including Mastercard-influenced opportunities.
• Engage regularly with partner stakeholders, including senior and C-suite leaders, to communicate value, review business results, resolve concerns, and advance shared priorities.
• Represent the voice of the partner internally, translating feedback and market needs into actionable recommendations that improve Mastercard products, services, and partner experience.
• Champion Partner Success best practices and contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen service quality, scalability, and partner outcomes.

All About You
• Experience in partner success, product management, consulting, or related roles, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes
• Experience working in partner-led or ecosystem models, with an understanding of indirect customer engagement
• Proven success improving retention, increasing adoption, and identifying growth opportunities with channel partners
• Proven ability to ideate and co-create new solutions with our Partners
• Collaborative, proactive leader who builds strong relationships and contributes to a high-performing culture
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, translating complexity into clear, executive-ready narratives
• Strong data fluency, with experience using analytics and AI-driven insights to inform performance and strategy
• Ability to define success metrics, interpret partner and customer signals, and translate insights into scalable actions
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on scalable, innovative solutions
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a matrixed environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach
