Job Description:
This job is responsible for working closely with sales, portfolio managers, product specialists, and client service members to coordinate all sales and support activities for assigned accounts, which are primarily medium-sized and/or less complex institutional accounts. Key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing institutional clients. Job expectations include promoting investment product sales through frequent client meetings and discussions covering investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments.

LOB Job Description:

Main point of contact for Global Markets clients initiating onboarding activity with BOFA for Fixed Income and Equity products.  Requires experience navigating across product, market, entities and client types (institutional, HF, Corps). Candidate must be on hand to offer premium Client service and deal with all Client queries and manage the relationships between our Clients and internal BofA departments. Up to date market knowledge on onboarding vendors, regulatory landscape impacting new clients and KYC requirements. Directly interacting with Clients on a daily basis, you will be the main point of contact for clients on all onboarding issues and will act as Client advocate within BofA to ensure all clients’ needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with sales, portfolio managers, product specialists, and client service members to coordinate all sales and support activities for assigned accounts, such as settlements, reconciliations, and account maintenance
  • Promotes investment product sales through client meetings and discussions covering investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments
  • Deepens and enhances existing relationships with institutional clients during client meetings and interactions
  • Coordinates on internal processes and documents to deliver a quality and on time product to Global Markets clients
  • Ownership and management of client onboarding experience E2E
  • Timely review of all active onboarding cases and escalation of SLA breaches; expectation to meet client go live date and advocate internally to achieve
  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure go live date met
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
  • Management of KPI data to ensure overall onboarding portfolio is balanced and achievable.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Client facing experience and ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
  • Previous experience within a client service team with particular focus on Trade Management or Client Integration
  • Knowledge of Operational Risk, AML/KYC Policy and Procedures, and Trade Lifecycle Management

Pay range

$100,000.00 - $171,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
