Are you ready to shape how the world's most innovative agencies and tech companies experience Amazon Ads? At Amazon Ads, we're not just selling advertising — we're crafting full-funnel growth strategies that empower brands to reach their full potential. We believe that breakthrough advertising happens when deep understanding meets innovative technology. Our team is dedicated to developing innovative marketing solutions, providing actionable insights and opportunities for advertisers, and partnering with agencies and tech innovators to drive mutually beneficial growth.

To accelerate the next phase of Amazon Ads development, we're committed to deepening the scale and ambition of our partnerships across a diverse landscape of agencies and tech innovators. Amazon Ads Partners play a crucial role in this landscape, helping brands achieve and exceed their desired outcomes through tech innovation and expert managed services. Our team builds partnerships across the advertising landscape to drive innovation and growth for all brands, including those that do not sell on Amazon.com.

At the heart of this initiative is the Amazon Ads Partner Growth Marketing Team. We enhance partner expertise, capabilities, and visibility through bespoke marketing programs that foster growth for advertisers, partners, and Amazon Ads. To further our mission, we're seeking a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to design and build a Scaled Partner Success Stories program — creating the strategic framework that showcases partner excellence and delivers the proof points partners need to grow their businesses.

This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, partner marketing, and program design. You will build the operating model and multi-format storytelling infrastructure that positions partners as industry innovators and creative leaders — giving them credible, visible proof that helps them win new business, retain clients, differentiate from competitors, and demonstrate the value of their Amazon Ads investment. You'll design a program that sources compelling partner outcomes, produces stories in the formats partners actually use (e.g., co-branded case studies, video testimonials, event-ready spotlights, pitch-ready assets), and measures impact through partner business growth.

The ideal candidate is a program builder with a proven track record in content strategy, partner marketing, and scalable production systems. You combine deep understanding of partner needs with the ability to design storytelling programs that drive measurable business outcomes — partner acquisition, client retention, competitive differentiation, and advertiser growth. You should thrive in ambiguous environments where the operating model doesn't yet exist, bringing both the strategic vision to define the program and the operational rigor to build it. Above all, you should be passionate about elevating partner voices and creating proof points that strengthen partnerships and accelerate mutual growth.

Key job responsibilities
● Build the Partner Success Stories program — design the operating model, intake process, prioritization criteria, and distribution strategy across 10 partner segments
● Position partners as heroes of their own success — create storytelling that showcases partner innovation, expertise, and client impact in formats they can use to win business and retain clients
● Develop multi-format storytelling infrastructure — deliver co-branded case studies, video testimonials, event spotlights, social proof, and executive-level proof points from a single production pipeline
● Serve distinct segment needs — design differentiated approaches recognizing that a managed tech partner, an indie agency, and a Big 5 holding company each need different formats, channels, and proof points
● Connect stories to business outcomes — measure how stories drive partner acquisition, client retention, competitive differentiation, and advertiser growth
● Integrate across the team — align with Segment Managers, Co-Marketing, GTM and VOP, PMM, Partner Communications, Partner Awards, and Sales to ensure stories are demand-driven and strategically deployed
