The Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative products that help partners identify their customers and enable simple and secure digital experiences for consumers in payments and beyond.

The Data and Insights Team within Identity - Payments is looking for a Manager of Product Management to drive our strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. This role will play a critical role in defining and executing the build of highly priority and fast paced products that will redefine the identity space at large.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product vision and roadmap, translating strategy into prioritized execution plans and aligning cross-functional partners around shared outcomes.

Work in a team of highly motivated and driven product manager product managers while fostering best-in-class product management practices across the group

Create compelling, data-backed business cases that support stakeholder approval, funding decisions, and long-term commercial planning.

Build relationships across Product, Engineering, the Regions, Core Payments, Customer Success, Foundry and other Mastercard cross functional teams to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions.

Prioritize the roadmap thoughtfully and ensure stakeholders are aligned to the collective mission.

Create business flow diagrams to clarify product requirements, map dependencies, and identify delivery risks early.

Maintain clear project status records, keep stakeholders informed of progress, and proactively escalate risks with recommended mitigation plans.

Bring voice-of-the-customer metrics to life in a way that will inspire and drive change

Support the ideation and development of a strong pipeline of future opportunities leveraging internal and external relationships.

Uses a data-driven approach to assess market opportunities and to build business cases incorporating accurate representations of future revenues and expense bases.

Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of how products drive value for customers and revenue for the business

Experienced in people management and mentoring while leading globally dispersed and remote project teams.

Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, delivering clear, concise updates and maintaining a strong executive presence.

Experience developing and commercializing new products in large, matrixed organizations on a similar scale to Mastercard. Experience in fintech, banking, and large tech is desired.

Adept at representing business and customer needs when defining product requirements.

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and maintain clear documentation for executive oversight.

Passionate about working on fast-paced, high-priority products that impact hundreds of thousands of consumers globally.

Committed to data-driven decision-making and using insights to guide product direction and prioritization.

Comfortable working with emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
