Join our accounting team where you'll maintain financial accuracy and compliance. As a Cost Accounting Associate II, you'll process and reconcile financial transactions, manage ledger entries, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting our mission to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll handle general ledger reconciliations, process payments, maintain documentation, and provide support for audits and month-end closing activities. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1 year of experience, preferably in corporate finance or shared services
• Preferred Fields of Study: Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Additional relevant certifications may be considered an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information
• Adaptability to changing business needs
• Collaborative approach when working with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures
• Regular and consistent attendance required
