As the Senior Director of Client Support, you will serve as a strategic "leader of leaders," driving operational excellence and high-touch service for our Enterprise Partner Support organization. In this senior executive role, you will champion a client-facing team that navigates our matrixed business model to support enterprise participants. You will empower and guide a management team dedicated to seamless onboarding, continuous product enablement, and world-class relationship management for our most strategic global partners.
Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:
HS Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 9 years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries
At least 6 years of people leadership and performance management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree
Experience working within a major payment network
12+ years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries
8+ years of people leadership and performance management experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $238,700 - $272,400 for Senior Director Client Support
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
