Global Solution Architect

For a strategic HR Transformation project, we are looking for an experienced Global Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of SmartRecruiters
• Review the SuccessFactors Onboarding module
• Assess integrations between SAP S/4, HR-Rail and SuccessFactors
• Advise on and potentially support the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Review the set-up of SAP PA and OM
• Provide architectural guidance and recommendations within the HR Transformation program

Profile

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience (L5)
• Strong background in Solution Architecture
• Proven experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, PA and OM
• Knowledge of HR system integrations and enterprise HR landscapes
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills
