What would you do? What Would You Do? This role requires experience in planning and delivering training programs, managing client/stakeholder relationships, and supporting transition targets including error-free and on-time go-lives. The professional will safeguard operational quality by ensuring adherence to process Desktop Procedures (DTPs), conducting DTP reviews, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on errors, and maintaining accurate and updated process documentation. Key responsibilities include evaluating team process knowledge, identifying learning gaps, leading training interventions, supporting process transitions, driving stakeholder and client delight, and proactively identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
What are we looking for? This role requires strong experience in Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, Training & Facilitation, Process Documentation & DTP Reviews, Stakeholder Management, and Continuous Improvement. The role will involve evaluating team process knowledge, identifying learning gaps, designing and delivering effective training interventions, and ensuring training content remains aligned with business requirements. PTP knowledge will be an added advantage. Key expectations include driving stakeholder and client delight, strengthening process capabilities, supporting operational excellence, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and knowledge enhancement
Roles and Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective RTR process training to new hires and existing team members. Develop, update, and maintain training content, assessments, and knowledge checks. Conduct regular DTP (Desktop Procedure) reviews to ensure process documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. Identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted coaching and refresher training. Collaborate with process SMEs, stakeholders, and clients to align training with business requirements. Drive stakeholder and client delight through responsive support, quality delivery, and proactive engagement. Support process transitions, upskilling, and cross-training initiatives. Track and report training effectiveness, learner performance, and completion metrics. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational excellence. Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives.
