Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the system to adapt to evolving business demands. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Experience in configuring and managing security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday HCM.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and business process alignment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Workday security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to deliver secure and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
Mandatory to have Workday Related certification.
