Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, address any challenges that arise, and facilitate communication between team members to maintain a cohesive workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Extend.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
Mandatory to have Workday Related certification.
