Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to project requirements. This role serves as the central liaison, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse groups to align project goals and technical approaches.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong capability in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management within Workday environments.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex software solutions.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Skilled in monitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
Mandatory to have Workday Related certification.
