Role Overview

We are seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst/Consultant to support the ongoing build, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday Integrations. The successful candidate will partner with IT stakeholders to assess business requests, build, and drive testing cycles through to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze incoming requests requiring Workday integrations built using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or web services (SOAP/REST)
  • Translate integration requirements into technical specifications and configuration/code changes
  • Manage requests through the full lifecycle — intake, impact assessment, prioritization, build, testing, and deployment
  • Perform unit testing, SIT, and support end-to-end and UAT cycles for integration changes
  • Maintain integration documentation, including data mapping and error-handling logic
  • Coordinate with functional teams (HCM, Financials) and external system owners on integration dependencies
  • Track and report on request status, and resolution progress
