You'll promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services, using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships through our CRM system, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. Location : On site France (Villebon) or Belgium (Merelbeke)
REQUIREMENTS:
• Master's Degree plus 2 years of sales experience
• Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biology or related scientific field
• Experience in flow cytometry is desirable
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets
• Strong consultative selling and relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to develop and maintain deep product and technical knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective at working both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to travel 10-25% for customer meetings and internal events
• Proficient in English, written and oral
• Foreign language proficiency may be required depending on the region, with French considered a strong asset
• Valid driver's license required
