Main responsibilities:

About you

  • Proven experience managing accounts and healthcare professional relationships specifically within UAE — a minimum of 1 year of UAE market experience is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of total pharmaceutical sales or account management experience; experience in specialty care, respiratory, biologics, or immunology is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare landscape, including both public and private healthcare facilities and key institutional accounts.
  • Experience with biologic therapies or specialty pharmaceutical products is highly preferred; respiratory background is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based environment with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
