As a Systems Development Engineer, you will design, build, and operate scalable solutions that improve the security and efficiency of Amazon's data center security operations. You will bring agentic AI and automation to workflows that today rely on manual effort. You will partner with experienced engineers to strengthen our tools, maintain high-availability services, and build metrics and monitoring. Your work will directly support systems that anticipate and resolve operational issues before they reach our customers, delivering a seamless, self-service experience for the teams who keep our data centers secure. You will collaborate with security operations and cross-functional engineering teams to influence technical direction and build resilient, secure systems at scale.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
