The PeopleX (People Experience) team's mission is to build a high-performance culture and enhance employee experience by driving impactful programs, hiring top talent, and enabling community across Robinhood.
As a People Partner Intern, you'll work on meaningful projects that support our People team's strategy—bringing insights, operations, and collaboration together to create a thriving workplace!
This role is based in our New York office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

- Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for project coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams
- Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite is a plus

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
