The Crypto Partnerships team’s mission is to expand Robinhood's footprint in the Web3 ecosystem by forging strategic alliances with leading companies, builders, and infrastructure providers. We aim to unlock new utility, lower costs, and build a more accessible decentralized financial system for our customers.
As a Crypto Partnerships Intern, you will support the team in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic partnerships across the crypto landscape. You will dive deep into market research, analyze competitor movements, and help manage relationships with key ecosystem players to drive growth on Robinhood Chain and our broader crypto platforms.
This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
- Assist in evaluating potential integrations with crypto infrastructure providers, major wallets (like Phantom or Metamask), decentralized applications, and institutional companies
- Support the day-to-day management of existing vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and co-marketing campaigns
- Partner with product, engineering, and legal teams to synthesize the technical, financial, and strategic implications of new partnerships
- Find creative ways to leverage AI to accelerate our ability to identify, deliver, and support partnerships
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with an expected graduation date of Winter 2027/Summer 2028
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency and a working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, DeFi mechanics, and current market trends
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate an environment where priorities shift and new problems emerge quickly

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
