What you'll do

■ Team Leadership & Development
• Lead and develop IT team members with focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
• Establish team goals aligned with business objectives
• Foster technical excellence and professional growth within the team

■ IT Operations & Strategy
• Develop and execute IT operations strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and retail/POS technologies
• Manage SAP ERP system stability and optimize performance

■ Service Delivery & Process Management
• Manage IT service delivery processes (incident, problem, change management, SLAs)
• Implement IT support processes for efficient service delivery
• Monitor IT performance metrics and improve service quality

■ Budget & Vendor Management
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
• Optimize service levels and cost efficiency with vendors and service providers
• Control IT expenditures while maintaining quality standards

■ Security, Compliance & Business Continuity
• Ensure compliance with security policies and governance (ISMS, ITGC)
• Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Resolve technical issues with focus on business impact

■ Project & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Lead IT projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Drive alignment across departments to support business initiatives
• Serve as liaison between IT and business stakeholders

Requirements

■ Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 12+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in people management
• Business-level English proficiency for global communication
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and retail environments

■ Technical Competencies
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP ERP, IT infrastructure, and networks
• Strong IT service management knowledge and best practices
• Project management and data-driven decision-making skills
• Understanding of cloud/SaaS and retail/POS technologies

Preferred qualifications

■ Preferred Qualifications
• SAP system management and optimization experience
• Experience managing distributed IT teams
• ITIL or IT service management certification
• Global business environment experience
