What you'll do

• Develop project proposals, clarifying objectives, scope, deliverables, and approach in collaboration with clients, relationship managers, and internal teams
• Lead or support project setup, including contractual documentation, stakeholder engagement, interview planning, and data requirements
• Build robust fact bases through client interviews, data analysis, and industry research
• Analyze Visa and client data to benchmark performance, identify gaps, and develop improvement opportunities
• Partner with data science teams to leverage advanced analytics
• Formulate practical, insight‑driven recommendations using VCA methodologies and global best practices
• Design and deliver clear, compelling client presentations, support implementation where required
• Identify client opportunities and contribute to account planning
• Develop models, support IP creation, and enhance standardized VCA offerings
• Build expertise, generate insights, and contribute to thought leadership and practice development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top tier institution with 4+ years of work experience after completing your degree, including at least 2 years in consulting
• Strong experience in payments, digital innovation, corporate strategy, or business management
• Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong intellectual rigor
• Proven ability to leverage analytics to inform strategy and drive actionable insights
• High attention to detail, ensuring quality and rigor in analysis and deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Business‑level English proficiency

Preferred qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital technologies, particularly AI, and a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively in professional settings
• Deep understanding of the payments industry or financial services sector
