Job Description

The role will be based in Dublin.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centred on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

LinkedIn is seeking a Regional Growth Lead to accelerate growth across the Global Clients Program by identifying, qualifying, and activating whitespace opportunities within some of the world's largest and most complex organizations.

Unlike traditional account management roles, this position is focused on growth creation rather than account ownership.

The Regional Growth Lead will uncover expansion opportunities across subsidiaries, business units, regions, and buying centres while creating scalable prospecting motions that increase pipeline generation across GCP portfolios.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, account planning, market intelligence, AI-enabled prospecting, and business development.

The successful candidate will combine strategic account planning with creative hunting capabilities to uncover opportunities that otherwise remain invisible within complex global account structures.

Responsibilities

Growth & Prospecting

  • Generate qualified pipeline through systematic whitespace analysis across Global Clients Program accounts
  • Identify expansion opportunities within subsidiaries, business units, and decentralised buying centres
  • Develop account intelligence and growth hypotheses across large multinational organizations
  • Create and execute strategic prospecting campaigns into executive and economic buyer audiences
  • Build relationships with new stakeholders not currently engaged by LinkedIn

Opportunity Creation

  • Conduct discovery meetings and qualify opportunities
  • Create and progress opportunities through qualification
  • Coordinate handoffs to RAMs and GCEs when opportunities are validated
  • Support multi-threading strategies across strategic accounts

Scale & Productivity

  • Design and execute webinar, event, and campaign motions
  • Build repeatable prospecting frameworks and playbooks
  • Develop AI-enabled workflows for account research and stakeholder identification
  • Improve visibility into whitespace and customer expansion potential

Territory Intelligence

  • Analyse account hierarchies and subsidiary structures
  • Identify product penetration gaps
  • Surface opportunities across Hiring, Learning, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant (LiHA) and future growth solutions
  • Maintain growth intelligence across assigned territories

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with RAMs, GCEs, GCDs, Marketing, CS and Sales Operations
  • Share best practices and growth motions across regional teams
  • Act as a multiplier for customer-facing sales teams

  • Become an expert in navigating the world's largest and most complex organizations
  • Develop advanced prospecting, hunting and account planning skills
  • Build executive-level customer relationships

  • Create repeatable systems that increase seller productivity
