Scrum Master

Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the smooth operation of software development teams by enabling Agile practices and fostering collaboration. Your day will involve guiding teams through various Agile ceremonies, addressing challenges that arise, and ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering high-quality results. You will support continuous improvement by monitoring progress and encouraging open communication among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the teams. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members and external stakeholders. - Support the removal of impediments to ensure timely delivery of project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. - Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Ability to use metrics and reporting tools to track team progress and performance. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. - Proven capability to identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team productivity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
