Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges that arise during the application lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience in designing scalable data models.
- Experience in developing and optimizing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data integration and reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database architecture and performance tuning techniques.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
